Any replacement goods must be returned in their entirety, we will refuse to replace them in the following cases:
- The goods have been used
- The goods have been removed from the packaging
- The product has passed the last use period/open date
- Any pre-launched product
- The buyer must pay the invoice and arrange the replacement by himself,
- After confirming the order, you cannot notify you to change the address during the delivery period, and the company reserves the right to pay you additional delivery charges
