Validity and Activation

• The eSIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
  
• This eSIM cannot be extended. If you need more data or days, simply purchase a new eSIM—you'll receive it instantly and can install it right away.

Before You Buy

• This product does not support refunds, cancellations, or extensions once purchased.
• We recommend disabling automatic app updates and cloud backups to manage high-speed data usage effectively.

Installation Guide

• iOS: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM, then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
• Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Add Carrier, then scan the QR code. Steps may vary by device brand—please refer to your phone’s user guide if needed.

Important Notice

• The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you're ready to start using it. Activation occurs automatically once the eSIM connects to a supported network.
• If your current location is within the coverage area of this multi-region plan, installation may trigger immediate activation—even before reaching your destination.
• Please ensure that Data Roaming is enabled in your mobile settings.
• 5G availability may vary depending on your location and network coverage. Your device may automatically connect to 4G or LTE if 5G is not available.
